Environmental Policy

“MINIMAL POLLUTION TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE ARE OUR RESPONSIBILITIES.” 

THE GOALS

  1. To provide an accident-free workplace for all employees, contractors, third parties.
  2. To limit the negative impact of our operations on the environment.
  3. To minimize environmental pollution and continue to improve in environmental performance.

THE PROCEDURES

  • Implement an environmental management program which shall best comply with legislations, regulations and other requirements in the Environmental Quality Act 1974.
  • Avoid spills, leaks or accidental discharges of polluting materials to air, water and land.
  • Increase employees’ awareness on environmental issues by providing seminars and trainings.
 

MAGNALIUM SDN. BHD. expects all employees, contractors and third parties to understand the policy and always adhere to the abovementioned goals and procedures. This policy is subject to change as deemed necessary by the management.

MATLAMAT

  1. Mengelakkan kemalangan di kalangan para pekerja, kontraktor, pihak ketiga.
  2. Menghadkan kesan operasi kami terhadap alam sekitar.
  3. Mengurangkan pencemaran alam sekitar dan meningkat prestasi alam sekitar berterusan.

PROSEDUR

  1. Melaksanakan program pengurusan alam sekitar yang sesuai mengikut undang-undang dalam Akta Kualiti Alam Sekeliling 1974.
  2. Mengelakkan tumpahan, kebocoran atau pelepasan bahan pencemar ke udara, air dan tanah.
  3. Meningkatkan kesedaran pekerja mengenai isu-isu alam sekitar dengan seminar dan latihan.

MAGNALIUM SDN. BHD. berharap semua kakitangan dan kotraktor akan sentiasa mematuhi polisi ini. Pihak pengurusan akan mengkaji polisi ini dari semasa ke semasa.
